Good Luck! I remember having my sound system hooked up to my 360 and having the volume on blast just to hear a faint whaaaa-whaaaa from the last agility orb (heard that noise in my dreams).....that game was the most fun I had with achievements, I'm very proud of the full 1200 S rank get and super excited for the sequel.

If you're willing to sink a couple more hours into finding those last orbs, you could just follow this guide here. 
 
Even if you watch then pause at every one and run your guy there to check, it shouldn't take more than 2 hours. Keep in mind the guy is doing it with keys of the city on, which is why occasionally he'll make a jump that you just can't and will have to find your own way up.

I'm in pretty much the same boat. Only three agility orbs left.
 
In spite of that, I'm psyched to start collecting more of them in Crackdown 2.

so with the release of crackdown 2 nearing here in the UK, I thought I would go back on the first Crackdown and try and get a few of the achievements that I'm missing, mainly concentrating on the agility orbs and then the hidden orbs. So after jumping around and collecting, I've finally got 498/500 agility orbs.... and I can't find the last 2 ANYWHERE! ARRRRGGGHHHHHHHH! 
 
Hidden Orbs wise, I believe I've collected around about 150-160 so about half way. 
 
apart from the orbs, I've been going back through the game, killing the gang members to finish off the last 2 of the 5 abilities in which for both, I'm currently on 3* for both. 
 
And then comes crackdown 2..... WITH MORE ORBS!!!!!! O.o
