I remember enjoying FC2 when it was new. Being able to explore a harsh open world environment was rather unique at the time. It certainly has issues and if I started up a playthrough now I may not like it as much.
@zombiepie I thought we escaped from last years bad food idea. Guess I was wrong. At least this time your letting people stop you from eating expired food.
When I saw the update for this game was coming out it reminded me that I never put much time into the previous version. Which I rectified by playing through the arcade mode a few times until I realized it was really fun to play. Then I ended up playing through the arcade mode with everyone since I wasn't expecting it to be easy to pick up and play. So yeah like this thread states this is a entry point if you know the basics of fighting games or just want to try something new.
The same thing that happens on my birthday every year. I go out to eat some good pizza with some friends & family. Pretty much a tradition at this point.
I don't think you have to go in planning on skipping all the side stuff. You'll most likely end up doing a reasonable amount of side content without really trying. At least that seems to happen to me since I go in with a mindset of mainly focusing on the story then I get roped into doing some side story for a while somehow. But if you manage to avoid it all then the main story is certainly worth seeing.
Always nice to see your multimedia game award show approach once again. This may be a video games site but it's always neat to see other stuff even if I know nothing about the topic.
Stellar job on putting together your very own Game Awards again Mento. I appreciate the focus on some individual music tracks for games this year. It really shows off the wide variety of good tunes that play in the background of every video game.
Never Stop Sneakin' seems like a good podcast game to me. Since the entire game can be played with just a analog stick it is easy to just zone out and do a few runs while listening to a postcast.
