$57.75 million

...and I look forward to the ridiculous boondoggle that the "expanded Amazing Spider-Man universe" will become for Sony. Too many studios trying to emulate the Marvel Cinematic Universe that Paramount has going, feels like a bunch of WoW imitations poised to crash and burn.

Can't remember the last time Valve did something wrong, so I'm optimistic.

The ultimate conflict of emotions - pain at the loss of his presence, joy in the memory of it. Rest in peace, Ryan Davis.

Hello fellow Team Fortress 2/GiantBomb fanatics (NOTE: please don't slam the non-existent post count, I've been a fan of this place since before it existed, just don't post much), just thought I'd pass along a little interview I did with Robin Walker for ESEAnews.com - talks a bit about the recently-announced Open beta, along with some other random info. Enjoy!

While I'm not personally invested in the private servers debate for MW2 on the PC (I'll buy the game either way), what I don't understand is why IW can't follow the Valve model as far as multiplayers go - they even just announced that MW2 has adopted Steamworks... if they want to control things like Perks, can't you just tie all that stuff directly to one's steam account?

I understand that still doesn't get around the problem of cracked servers for cracked games, but those numbers vs the number of PC gamers now not buying the game is something to be considered.
