I know everyone is saying this is amazing, but seriously, it is. Good work!

It was hard to get my words onto the paper (or screen, in this instance), but I tried:

I feel like I have nobody to talk to about this because none of my family/friends would understand.

Yeah, I have two friends who read/watch/listen to GB. One of them is at work and the other only listens to the podcast. I don't know if I should break the news to them or what. Even then, I'm not sure what we'd say.

Thanks. I'm still shook up and just...not okay. I can only imagine how the staff is. I wish we could give them hugs too.

Not embarrassed to say the death of Ryan, a man I met once at a convention, makes me physically ill. I have been listening to and watching him for over 10 years, I believe, and I’m having a hard time processing all of this. I’m so, so sorry to everyone close to him and the woman who he loved. He was one of the funniest personalities I’ve ever stumbled upon and a goddamn awesome person.

I wrote this a little while ago. It was originally for a city life website I worked on but it could fit well here too I suppose. It's an article on that Pinball Wizard arcade they talked about on the Bombcast.

I had you covered when you first wrote it in April. I look forward to any new blogs or articles that you write.

Oh well shit, thanks! I needed a good incentive to write more :D

This only affects imported saves if that matters anything in your situation.

Hmm. Well, I thought about using my save from the PS3 version. I didn't get very far but I heard you get fast travel crystals easier this way?

From what I've read its not a case of "down load this game and it'll corrupt your save", there seems to be a chance of it doing so. Someone I work with has put around 20 hours into it since DA came out and his save is fine. Either way, I'm holding off on getting into the game until they fix this bug.

Obviously downloading it off the PSN will download the current version, which at this time has a chance of corrupting your data.

I guess I'll probably wait til I'm done with my work and head down to Gamestop and just play the game offline. Pity there's such a big issue right now.

I was planning on buying this game today, but now I'm not so sure...

http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/123647-Dragons-Dogma-Update-Corrupting-Players-Save-Data

The latest patch has apparently been corrupting player's save data, making it impossible for affected persons to save or load their games. If your data is corrupted there is currently no way to recover it.

So, say I want to buy this game from the Playstation Store. Won't it update automatically and therefore my saves will be corrupted?

I'm so confused :(
