@newfiebullet: Same. That plus the tiny amount of games for it makes it a terrible value proposition for me. My plan was to wait until all the VR things came out to see which was the best anyway. Looks like VR is still a long way off for me.
Not sure what "Graphics Coprocessor Geforce" is, what is the full name of the graphics card? The processor doesn't look that good but most games these days are not that cpu intensive. That said, I would advise against this computer from these specs, incomplete as they are.
Not to brag but I saw this coming. Skyrim left me feeling like my character inhabited a lifeless world and I just didn't see any evidence of them improving that in their marketing for this game. All the hype seemed infectious but I'm glad I held off in the end.
The gist is get an i5 and all the other parts that have good reliability/price ratings (i.e. shoot for cheap and reliable) then buy the best video card you can get within the budget.
There are lots of sites that put together builds that work well according to budget. Try pcpartpicker.com and check out their builds.
Nothing about it had wowed me at all. I'll have to wait to see a review that says you have to play the game to experience x thing. If not I'll wait till the GOTY edition.
This is bullshit. Cutting out an entire faction behind a preorder wall is egregious. This isn't some cosmetic crap that has no effect on the gameplay, this is a major chunk of content.
