@doejonathan: That worked. Seems like a really stupid system. I had to go into the game and activate them.

Thanks for your help.

When I go into account management, and look at my list of transactions. It is there.

But it isn't in my downloads list.

I just bought a game pack for GT5 on the PS Store. I had to update my card details and then I added the £5 to my wallet on the store. The DLC was then bought and I got the money taken out of my account and a confirmation email was sent to me about my purchase. However, i can't download the DLC. It didn't download automatically, and when I look at the DLC in the store, it still has the 'Buy Now' button next to it (not 'Download Now'). Usually when you download something, a red shopping bag icon appears next to the item. This item has a blue shopping bag next to it. So it knows i have bought it, but there is no download button. Has anybody had this happen before? I'm not sure what to do.

Cheers

I have PS Plus and had some saves backed up, but not all of it (and nothing really recently). I also had like 70 psn games which i really don't want to download again as it will take forever. Just wish there was some way to save the hard drive.

I will have a look at how easy it would be to fix myself. Cheers for the help.

A few years ago I got a Yellow Light on my 60gb launch console. I phoned Sony and they said if i send them the console they will give me a refurbished one for free, because it was a common problem for the launch consoles.

I had always wanted to upgrade my PS3 HDD, so when i got the new refurb console I thought it would be the best time to do it. So i put in a 320gb hard drive, and held on to the 60gb one.

Last night the refurb console got a YLOD. I am curious as to what my options are. Can i take the 320gb HDD out of it, put the 60gb back in and send it to sony? Also, if i get another refurb, can i just put the 320gb HDD in it and all my data will be fine? Or will i have to bite the bullet and buy a new console?

Any advice guys?

I was very disappointed. I liked what i saw from CoD, Halo and Gears. But after that the conference was as boring as hell, and Microsoft trying to win over critics by giving out free xboxs was a bit cheap i thought. Hopefully people will remember what came before the free 360.
