I bought a PS3 copy at walmart last November when it was on sale for $20. Still sitting on my shelf. I'm saving it as a pallet cleaner from the 10--15 long ass RPG's that I have waiting to get played.
@Contro: Don't spoil anything for me as I am like on chapter 12 but I think that little girl is actually a really interesting character, and the back and forth that she has with Bayonetta develops her into more than the sexpot stripper character she is initially introduced as.
PLayed for a couple hours but couldn't really get into it. I recognize its goodness but could never really get into the genre, I bought DMC4 really cheap and couldn't get into that either...idk
Exactly what I thought, seems crafted with a shitload of focus on combat, deep as hell, with a lovely story that's weird as fuck, fights and areas are varied as can be and the design of enemies/bosses is just amazing.
" That game is fucking cool most fun I have had playing a game in a long time, I can't wait to finish it! "
That's how I feel as well, which is really strange because I stayed really far away from the game because of how messed up Bayonetta looks. Oh, how I was wrong to not give this game a chance sooner.
very much an extremely fun gameplay experience that kind of came out of nowhere sort of in the mold of a DMC game. the only downside would be the early issues with the PS3 version as compared to the 360 version
