I would say the game play in diablo 3 is more fun because its simpler and easier to understand than in diablo 2, but in diablo 2 there was a point to getting really good items in order to level. There's no real challenge left in beating diablo 3 over and over at the end game. I don't see how adding stats that are more interesting will help diablo 3 since the level caps at 60?

I lol'ed when i read it. Is it really so bad that the diablo 3 developers raged on Dave Brevik Interview? It's kind of funny. Also, how come no one has actually brought up how Dave Brevik in the interview is kind of wrong about the itemization being the primary problem? Auction house/lack of end game progression maybe, but stats on items? I'm pretty sure he has no idea what he's talking about aka bandwagoning. Just saying.

I've have been following day9's shows and following the starcraft scene in general. From what I can tell the reason he make money and is successful at making a living from video games is because of the 70/80 work hours he puts in per week with little time off even on holidays. It's fairly obvious from the quality and quantity of his shows that the only reason he isn't even more wealthier is because video games isn't as main stream as something like the daily show or the Colbert report. He produces shows 5 days of the week. That's crazy, if you don't forget most people put up videos/podcasts once a week if that. What I mean is, his success is a result of his behind the scenes work not because he's just cashing into community.

Gamesfaqs is a website for game guides. RPGs/hard games tend to attract more people to go to their site looking for answers. They see a pole and vote.

Do they exist? I've been think about this recently and have wondered; why is it whenever a nerdy person is depicted in movies or TV they have some secret internet society they can communicate to? Are they really inaccessible to a foolish gamer dude? Are they just a bunch of elitist jerks anyway? ( -3-)

Sometimes people get into the zone, after playing the game for like three weeks straight having nothing better to do. They usually become bored after that and then become crappy again.
