Is it cheaper to make a base than an RTG and does the base RTG generate the same amount of power as a regular one?

I immensely enjoyed the discussions this year. Thank you for your effort and for willingess to try new things.

I really dont get what was so great about the negative categories that were not present this year. I come here for the long-ass discussions about the games of the year and I got it. How it is presented does not matter that much.

Having said that, I enjoyed the first 3 days of discussions that were had about the games in general. These seemed to be more genuine, which would not have been the case if they were being discussed with the intent of keeping them off or adding them on to a ranked list.
