Yeah you can do that with all the love interests and it kind of helps the love sub-plots not to be just a carrot on a stick, lets see the love scene, but more of a real relationship. Even tho you can totally dump that person and peruse a new love interest if you want... 

Yeah you can but you have to do the custom character creation and keep him the same and then proceed to pick a new class after that. 

I don't know for sure but isn't the point of a CE is that it's rare and not easily attainable. Like if an actor signs way to many pieces of junk over their career the actual memorabilia isn't that collectible because there is so much of it out there. Now maybe your idea of CE is that it should be as available as the rest of the normal games but with more stuff to make it worth the extra price but to other people it honestly needs to be in limited supply so it is collectible and rare, if that makes sense to anyone. 

I know for a fact I spent over 7 hours on the first day probably more the preceding days. 28 hours later still hungry for more, got to get that renegade play through now.

Yeah Vanguard on the first play through. Didn't like it at first but as my biotics started to open up I really dug that class. Now I am playing through using a sentinel on hardcore(slowly working up to insanity) and the special armor ability is pretty nifty, also second play through having the extra squad ability of slam adds to the fun.

So just finished the Tali romance sub-plot and I have to say I like Tali's character so much more in ME2 than ME1. However was anybody else ridiculously pissed that they didn't show her face when she popped that mask off!?  (I am joking of course because this is something I should have expected from Bioware and I still love them to death, irregardless.)

You wont lose the "No one left behind" achievement. I had all my teams loyalty except Jack's and still got the achievement. Also you can still get paramour just do it with another crew member.
