So they basically made World of Warcraft 2 without calling it that. The entire old world has changed and the questing is intense ,fun ,and varied. One minute you will be having a knife fight with Deathwing then go on to helping Paladin Pals out in the eastern plague lands. Then the 80-85 content is just as good. Then the two new races add more variety to each faction. The horde getting a little comedy and the alliance get there savage beast they have always needed. Dungeons have become a challenge again where you have to sheep and use other forms of crowd control if you wanna even hope to survive. This is honestly the best World of Wacraft has been in years. Though giant missed opportunity by not blaring my Crowley by Ozzy in one of the worgen cut scenes
Epic moments are why this game is amazing. Even fighting small enemies just feels visceral and intense and has this great sense of pacing to it. The game looks amazing and nothing can describe how great it felt every time you did something horrible to a Greek god.
It's just plain fun and if you don't like it fuck you.
I loved Persona 4 ,but sadly couldn't go back to P3 because of the combat system. Well thanks to the improved combat system and several other upgrades I was able to enjoy this great story and enjoy all of Persona 4s improvements and do it all on my bus rides around town. The characters are all likable and have depth along with the story just having a far darker tone then what I expected after playing persona 4. The gameplay is pretty standard except the bosses throw some stranger things at you nothing I want to spoil. So yea it is just damn good.
An intense story driven game made even more fun by changing every time you play it. Just the first time I played it I could not stop ,the story just had me hooked who was the killer what is Ethan's next challenge etc etc
Ok so I have always been a huge Halo fan and as a Halo game this is pretty much perfect. It looks great the campaign is challenging and fun. Then that multiplayer is still addictive as ever.
So for me this game came out of nowhere. I heard of the Yakuza games and never got to try them well one day in a buy two get one free sale I decided to pick it up , one of the better decisions I have ever made. The story was entertaining from start to finish and all the characters are likable. Then the combat is fun though it can get repetitive ,but that is a small complaint because outside of combat there is so much to do everything from karaoke to golfing to batting cages. Yakuza 3 just has so many different elements and they are all done really well and wrapped in a story that had me hooked from start to finish.
When I first picked up Mass Effect 2 I thought I would not enjoy it. The first game for me was a great story and universe surrounded by awful gameplay ,but Mass Effect 2 goes out of its way to fix most of those issues and continue to make the universe I loved in the first game even more interesting. I did everything I could as far as story went including paying for and going through all the DLC and I still want more of the game.
This game was pretty much just well rounded the gameplay was fun it looked very good and the story kept me interested most of the way through. The atmosphere in the game is pretty much unmatched. There are some really great moments in the game involving a rock concert and a 2nd person part also. The only knock I have against it is the damn cliff hanger ending.
Ok so this game is a giant love letter to people who enjoy 2d Zelda or just NES and SNES games with all the jokes in it. The game is funny and has a lot of throwback jokes like your princess is in another village ;yes that is a line from the game.
