I kinda just flip through them nowadays, if only because I like that fresh printed smell. I also remember the manual for Alundra having the answer to a puzzle I couldn't quite wrap my head around. Oh, you have to stack the sun on top of the moon. Of course!

I dunno, now I can give it my own personal codename of "dick move! ".

Well, you can finish a round of it in a couple hours instead of a couple days a la the pc versions.  The maps are pretty small too. It's a really streamlined Civ game, fun but in some dire need of any real diplomacy options. I don't regret buying it in the least though.
