I hated it when it first came out. Recently tried it again and it finally clicked and I enjoyed it. Plenty of flaws, but also lots to build on for the 3rd.
I try not to read too much about games pre-release so as not feel like I have seen half the game before playing. I hadn't appreciated how multiplayer centric this game is. Disappointing as I like the art style and the setting and saw potential in a decent story campaign, which I thought was the case. I am not sure what warrants a full price release with this title, especially with Splash Damages recent AAA or bust comments. I will be giving it a miss.
I'm enjoying it so far. My gut reaction is that it could do with a couple more tracks. Morning Mr. Magpie is my favourite so far. Overall no complaints from me.
Borderlands will last you longer, but I found Arkham Asylum the better single player experience. You mention you want physical copies, Arkham is very cheap on steam, why not download, backup and then burn the backup file onto a disk? I can understand wanting the box art though all my black cases do stick out a bit in my collection :)
Nowt wrong with Mr. Navarro. I think it's good to mix up the regular crew now and again. I thought he has complimented Ryan well in the recent Kinect themed quick looks.
Such a shame. UK game development is shrinking ever smaller. Picked up Blur a few days ago, really enjoying it. Tried linking my account today but can't log into the site, this probably explains it.
