If that guy writing in looking for things that happened while he was on his mission is here, I wouldn't mind talking to you about stuff. I did the same for other friends that were on theirs once they got back.
I think EA's press conferences recently have been terrible, but they've also completely avoided the problems that the guys mention No Man's Sky and other recent games having. They don't really show gameplay of a game until the year it comes out and so far when they've shown gameplay of a game it reflects the final product. I wonder if that's why they haven't shown a lot of Mass Effect yet, to avoid these issues.
Will you guys be doing a special episode of TANG for Warcraft? I remember back when it was announced (7 years ago) Ryan expressed an interest in doing one.
Quick corrections: EA made the deal with Disney for Star Wars games in early 2013 and announced that their internal studios (DICE, Bioware, Visceral, etc.) would be making Star Wars games. Battlefront was announced at that years E3 but it wasn't until early summer 2014 that Amy Hennig went to Visceral to work on their game.
Also, Bioware announced in summer of 2012 that their Montreal studio was starting production on the next Mass Effect game, so if Andromeda comes out early next year it will have been about 5 years since they announced it and 5 years since ME3.
If the guy who wrote in from Salt Lake City can read this, what is the office building you worked in with the Apple Pie Filling Pizza and what is the place you ordered from that did the Pepperoni and Mandarin Orange Pizza?
Jason's defense of SFV sounds almost exactly like Brad's defense of Destiny when it first came out, which brings something to mine that Ryan once said: everyone has their games and genres that they turn a blind eye to bullshit from.
That'd be amazing if we could get cross platform play in The Division using the Uplay ID as the connecting link, I just think the success of that would depend on Ubi's servers.
