I'm in the same boat here, back into Guild Wars and lacking a guild to do stuff with. I'm up for missions and maybe some HardMode stuff as well. Add me up: Joe Spiritcaller I'd make a guild myself but I lack the cash necessary for the decent stuff having been out of the game for a year and a bit. So here's hoping some of us can play!
Steam was only hated when it was glitchy and didn't work back in the CS1.6/HL2 days. It's great now they've added more features to organise your library, add friends and get achievements. I own 201 games on Steam, no intention of stopping.
Interesting blog, lots of good points and observations. I chuckled at the thought of Pokemon Chalk and Cheese versions... I bought Platinum for cheap and liked it a bit, but Pokemon Red is my game... your point stands magnificently.
They really should just have released it with an 18 rating... It's not like a huge portion of the target audience are aged 12-17... Not that I'm bothered, the game looks like ass :P
Fight Club, obviously, though I do have a soft spot for Burn After Reading, he's so funny in that. Edit: How could I forget Snatch! Also great. I've never seen Seven.
