Guitar- No info on guitar, but will for sure be more "guitar hero" style than "Rock Band" style.

Overall, Rock Band just seems like a better game...we may not know everything about world tour yet, but rock band just looks and seems better.  You will all ways be able to get tons of DLC everyweek, after you transfer your rock band 1 songs and DLC , and as you keep buying songs, your library could fill up to be 300 songs in one game! Just so much to do in the Rock Band tour.  Guitar hero just seems like Guitar hero with a microphone and drums, nothing really speacial, I think rock band really brings something more to the table than guitar hero.

Winner in my opinion would have to be...Rock Band 2.

I'm going to get World Tour. Rock Band 2 is almost the same game as 1 but with updated features. Once I figure out if the Guitar Hero instruments work for Rock Band 2, I'll probably pick it up also.

GH4: World Tour is going to be the better playing game in the end.. that is my prediction.  Don't know about the songs though or how well they will keep up with DLC...I know I like playing guitar in Guitar Hero much more than Rock Band... the note highway reads better in my opinion.

gh4 wins for me

Its no question Im getting Rock Band. I can't afford another set of insturments. My only hope is that Guitar Hero WT will be compatible; though I doubt it.

Posted by MasturbatingBear

i dont see why anyone would pick gh... to hairy mike who says rock abnd 2 is same thing... umm whats guitar hero? rock band is also actually fun and not just some game they can crank out all the time without making it fun just cause it sells. Rock band 2 clearly will win. Gh has no compettition even the dumbest gh fans will admit that.

".. the note highway reads better in my opinion."

LOL!

All Neversoft did in GHIII was over chart every single song to make it harder. The only exception is Hier Kommet Alex.

Anyways Rock Band 2 will be better because the graphics are better, the note charts will be accurate, and there's already hundreds of songs to choose from because of DLC. Anyways that's not to say I won't be buying GH:WT because I will, but RB2 will be the superior product even if it doesn't have all the features.
