Doom 3, but i haven't played a lot of scary games.
The section with the penlight was a lot scary to me.

Ocarina of Time was a lot more revolutionary than TP, when it first came out.
TP was a very good actualization, with a darker look that i loved, an amazing supporting character and fantastic dungeons (but those were in OoT too).
I loved both, can't pick one. But overall OoT is a more important game, no doubt.

Water Temple is unmatched. And i usually hate waterish dungeons.
Among others, Forest Temple and Spirit Temple stand out.

Mine is a banal shortening of Sephiroth.
Kinda ironic, since I'm very unattracted by anything about FF/Square, those days.
FFVII was a lot of fun, though.
