" I liked the first several seasons of lost alot. The plot holes are intentionally huge, and rediculous things happen more and more. Its not a bad show, but its definitely run its course. It's a fun show but I m not gonna be sad when its over. One thing i loved about it is that the story had some form of beginning and ending continuity (all-be-it extremely contrived... seriously after season 2 I do not believe they had any clue where they were going with the show). Where the show will go (as generally rediculous as it tends to be) is fun to watch and reminds me of old Nickelodeons and such where rediculous things happen (ive only seen old reels of this stuff btw and heard older generations talk about them... and of course the great scene in Misery where she talks about one). For example a guy drives off a cliff and obviously dies, but next week they say he got out of the car and something even more rediculous happens this week.   Thats lost in a nutshell. Its entertainment at its purest and you cant take it to seriously; you can only strap in and enjoy the ride.  edit: oh btw I still watch Lost altho these last 2 seasons have not been as good imo so i guess obviously i chose A. "
Pretty much this. Loved it at first, but they keep on adding ridiculous things to the show just so they can milk the storyline longer.

Another thing, is that console kiddies don't realize the word "mods"

I've downloaded so many new gameplay tweaks, facemorphs, equipment,etc..

not to mention people make their own missions, so the game has a far longer replay value

Get the PC version without a doubt

People who say the console version will do just fine have no idea what they are talking about.

On the PC it plays like the spiritual successor to the greatest WRPG ever made, Baldurs Gate 2.

Get the PC version. Man, Steam had a sale on Dragon Age for PC this entire week, and it ended today.

" I'm with you dude.  My last real game I really got into was UT2k4 and Killzone 2, but mostly UT2k4.  I just can't stand console FPS games (aside from KZ2)....too many kids, too many idiots on an open mic, and I'm just tired of being called a faggot, jew, cunt, gaylord, etc... "
Not to mention the minute a girl speaks up, people go insane. I feel so bad for them.

Like on TF2 on PC, I play with girls. Like my favorite server, there is at least 2 girls playing and people don't go batshit insane because they aren't immature like the XBL community or PSN community.

If you want to actually pick up girls online in gaming, go play WoW

DICE said that there were more people playing on PC than the 360 and PS3 combined. Every player on PC, means one sale. You can't rent or borrow games on PC, so that number does mean a lot.

Most console kiddies started gaming online when? Like I think COD4 was probably their first online competitive FPS.

They aren't nearly as good as they were before. Like compare Bad Company 2 to Battlefield 2 or Battlefield 1942.

Compare MW2 to COD1 w/ United Offensive

Compare UT3 to UT2004

They've been dumbed down for a wider audience sadly. I mean look at the first Operation Flashpoint. Look at the one released in 2009.

Hell, people call COD4's multiplayer innovative LOL.

ME2 isn't even a WRPG.

I mean most ME fans started WRPGs with what? Oblivion? Fable? LOL

Dragon Age is shit on consoles. But if you played it on PC, and have been playing WRPGs for a long time, like Baldurs Gate 2, then Dragon Age blows Mass Effect out of the water in terms of RPG depth.

ME1 was more of a cinematic  action RPG with a story ripped from Star Trek. ME2 was an action game with RPG elements with far more polished combat, but with a terrible story and a terminator as a final boss. ME2 is one of the most over rated games this gen. The dialogue choices are a joke, the missions structure is just going to a planet and recruiting someone, it is filled with cliches "HUMANITYS LAST HOPE!" "No one has ever returned from the Omega 4 Relay!". The story is ILlusive Man telling you the situation and you just recruiting people. The combat gets repetitive because of the lack of set pieces. The characters in ME1 were also terrible. I mean in Dragon Age, your characters have so much more personality, and you could talk to them for such a long time and find out about their personality. How much could you talk to your team mates in ME1 or 2? Not to mention that your party actually reacts to your decisions in Dragon Age.

ME is a great game if you've never played WRPGs before.
