haven't MS just done away with MS Points? They have here in Australia

I've been to a couple, but even when I did, I got there, got my game, and left as quickly as humanly possible.

play the missions for as long as I can before I'm too tempted to just drive around fucking shit up. And hopefully get in a round of golf.

... I just think it's awful. I don't want this to turn into a hate-filled game, but I've not been enjoying myself at all playing this. I've loved all the previous Saints Row games. Granted I'm only a couple of hours into it, but it just feels more like a Saints Row 3 DLC pack than a brand new game. There's a lot here that's just too similar to the previous one for me - same side-missions, the character creation looks like it's not been changed at all - even the damn main-menu music is the same! Is there something about this game I'm just not "getting"? Or is there a part where it just kicks it into high gear? I feel terrible saying it, but I'm really not liking this game at all.

just buy it from somewhere like Oz Game Shop - I got my copy 2 weeks ago

I've been really digging it on the 360, there seems to be a decent amount of people on there, and most people seem cool. Although trying to play without a mic becomes downright frustrating. The lack of 'how to play' section can be frustrating.

but the unlocks system is downright annoying. I think they over estimated how long this is going to remain popular - the fact that you need to not just unlock the ability to have that perk, but then you have to pay for it too? Not to mention how stupidly expensive the guns are.

Also, their big claim of "over 2.5million customisation combinations" is one i hate hearing. I've played about 20-ish game and i've not go enough customise my masks

normally I judge people who get sad and upset over famous people who they've never met, but I must admit I squirted out a bunch of tears about this. I have endless amounts of respect and love for that guy, despite never having actually met him. I can't begin to imagine how I could deal with the loss his family and friends are feeling right now.

I'm gonna go bust out some summer jamz on Rock Band 3 for the man now, even though we're in the middle of winter
