  • With it's combination of incredible polish, great mechanics and new features, I joyfully and giddishly make this game my number one.

  • This is a case in which the sequel is a much better game then the first. Bioware took out all the repetitive aspects and replaced them with mechanics and features that made this a hell of a 30 hour roller-coaster.

  • I remember playing the original game that this is based on. It was good but not great. When Rockstar purchased the IP they poured on the Rockstar charm. This game features one of the most likeable Rockstar characters to date, mechanics that are fun (albeit buggy at times), and a grand story.

  • ...just one more turn and I'll get back to writing this note...

  • Uh uh uh uh uh. This game abso-fucking-lutly deserves to stab it's way into my top 10. I loved this game. Between the amazing story, the abundance of game play, multiplayer and one of the best soundtracks this year, it should have probably been higher on my list.

  • After years in the making, Starcraft II emerges as one of the greatest real-time strategy games ever released to date. With an enormous variety to the game-play in the campaign, interesting characters and an amazing multi-player infrastructure, this game enters my top 10 with ease.

  • This game is a low flyer on the 2010 release radar. I just grabbed this game a few days ago and I was hooked right away. Between the intriguing storyline, amazing cinematics and a variety of game play mechanics, this game makes my top 10. I haven't even finished it yet but I think it deserves a spot here.

  • With the inevitable demise of the plastic guitar rythym genre, Harmonix's Rock Band series stands as one of the very strongest and leading franchises. Rock Band 3 successfully integrates a new UI, adds pro modes, and an abundance of new tweaks to an existing foundation.

  • This is the last Bungie Halo release and it feels like it. Bungie put everything it had into this game and it shows. It is easily my favourite of the non-master chief Halo games.

  • I'm not really sure what the hell went on in this game...and still don't. I think that a combination of that and the amazing art style grants this game a spot in my top 10.
