@random45: I don't know about being bothered by it but I don't understand why anyone would like him. Maybe it's the stupid pancakes thing that makes him endearing to some, but he's a generic over the top anime villain.

Also want to rant about how they tried to redeem him at the end, right after the Thieves went all power of friendship. There's a part where Yusuke says something to the effect of "I might have ended up like him if i hadn't found you all."

@mikemcn: Hillary was never prosecuted in the first place, for whatever reason the FBI decided they didn't have enough evidence on her to go through with it. Also you can stop pretending like you don't understand what he actually meant by "you'd be in jail". As in, "If I had a say, powerful politicians like you wouldn't be given carte blanche to do as you please without facing justice." not "You're my political opponent so I'm going to jail you." Though I suppose admitting that would require you to sympathize with Trump, and god forbid you ever have to do that.

And how can anyone write off Hillary laughing about any aspect of a case involving the brutal (and feel free to look up the details of the case if you want to know just how absolutely brutal it was) rape of a 12 year old girl as "whatever" then turn around and hype up some of Trumps pathetic "locker room talk" is baffling. No, she clearly wasn't laughing at the girl, but it says a lot about her character that her first response was a robotic laugh and not a tempered, sane, response.

I realize some of you and others out there are afraid of Trump being dictator levels of horrible, but the more involved I get in this election and the more I see of Hillary the more convinced I become that she's a legitimate sociopath. There's no way I can say this without sounding rude, but the amount of hypocrisy, moral righteousness and blind fear mongering in this thread is astounding. All evidence pointing to her misdeeds is labelled a conspiracy and tossed by the wayside while some of you do mental gymnastics that would make an Olympian jealous to justify her words and actions.

I've lived in south Texas my whole life, and all I see when I look at Hillary supporters at this point is people with the same brand of blind hatred that made me absolutely despise the establishment conservatives. We'll see how this next debate shakes out, but I feel very strongly that Hillary would be much worse than Trump in every way imaginable.

@sergio: Hearing about your background I understand where you're coming from and why you feel so strongly about it. I wasn't aware that the fear was that tangible in parts of the Latino community, partially because I know very few Hispanics and partially because the ones I know are other guys in their 20's who don't really want to delve too deep into their serious feelings.

Anyone watching the debates monday? Shame that neither Stein or Johnson will be on, but I guess I'm not surprised.

@golguin: Hey dude I saw your post about Trump's views on Mexican Americans and you've opened my eyes on some of his race bait tactics. I knew the dude was playing off the fear of illegals that's been going on since the economic downturn in the late 2000's, but I certainly can't defend his attack on Hispanic children born here. I'll be honest, I thought the idea of "build the wall" was so ludicrous that neither Trump nor his supporters actually believed it.

@sergio: In reference to your deleted post, I just wanted to say that civility is the best way to make another stop and consider your views. I'm not saying you have to kiss their butt and pretend like the people you believe to be racists don't anger you, but empathy can do wonders in changing opinions. Those that you disagree with are humans with insecurities and fears about the future, just the same as you and, for the most part, they're not supporting Trump because they think it will hurt others, they do it because they believe that it will bring the country (and themselves) to a better place. I know it can be hard to do this when trolls and the alt-right crowd are constantly looking to push everyone's buttons but just consider it when you're having a debate please.

@whitestripes09: I honestly don't think Trump or the majority of his fan base are racists. I think a lot of them legitimately fear that Islam is incompatible with the west and that many illegal immigrants from south of the border are either involved in organized crime or will end up as criminals through extreme poverty, not that the races most associated with these two things are inherently worse than theirs. Every time they hear someone just sweep their concerns under the rug as 'racism', they feel even more entrenched in the view that they are right and the best argument against what they believe is a lazy insult meant to devalue their opinion.

I also think many people would rather the bumbling oaf as a president than the most obviously corrupt, status quo politician they've ever seen, and to let her be president is tantamount to admitting that America is run by the corrupt and the rich. The most interesting argument I've seen in support of Trump though is that he will be the best president to burn the whole system to the ground, and that building it from the ground up is the only way to make things right. Honestly, I personally can't get a read on the man due to how willing he is to say whatever pops into his mind at any given moment and his outrageous promises (spoiler: deporting all of our illegal immigrants over night would do terrible things to the economy)

All that said, I encourage everyone to vote Lib this cycle. Johnson isn't a great Libertarian but 5% popular vote gets a third party matched federal funding I believe (and we really could use a third party in power) and on the scale of lesser evils I wholeheartedly believe Johnson is the least. Just my opinion.

Bummer, I really wish they would just do the work for an english translation and sell it in the territories where that makes sense. I don't really blame them for holding it back though, since i imagine that they would not only have difficulty turning a huge profit on the game, they would also have to deal with the inevitable backlash and articles shaming the product. I doubt it would ever happen but maybe PSVR will miraculously make it big and cause them to release the game in the west.

I want a 1 to 1 model version of Tokyo to explore, fully lit up, at night, raining and nobody in the city at all as if everyone just disappeared. Bonus points for vaporwave playing in the background.

I want to see .hack (pronounced "dot hack") fully realized as a virtual MMORPG. It's that 8 part PS2 series/anime about a virtual MMO causing mysterious comas/deaths of players due to a boss virus (or whatever) in Real Life.

But if that's too real, then me with a bowl of ice cream would be ok too.

Also this so much. Just being in Mac Anu with the music playing sounds nice.
