"Recovery" is a fitting title, what with him now going back to his roots instead of the lame, self-parodying catastrophes that happened with Encore and Relapse. I really enjoy his first few albums, but those abominations can't be ignored.
" But dudes, what if those scars on his back are from his foreplay with Thomas? They were sitting across from each other in the diner! When they're around each other, George is always making Thomas do things for him as if to say that he's the dominant male, but he really isn't!? Oh man. "
OMG I Loled. It would be like a freaky version of Ren and Stempy. "
As opposed to the completely average normal version of Ren and Stimpy.
" I don't think you get why Destructoid gave it a perfect score. It's called sarcasm, or it's alter ego: Jim Sterling. "
Actually, it isn't. They recognize that the game can be horrible, but they think that it's so bad that it's perfect. It's not just blatant sarcasm in "this game plays so fluidly it's a joyous occasion when zombies appear," it's "the controls are piss poor and the game is uncomfortably weird, but that's what makes it fantastic."
The Golden Archipelago is pretty good. Not as good as Rooks was, but it's still a solid Shearwater album. And I can't wait for B.o.B.'s new album in a few weeks.
