I'm absolutely crushed. Like many others I've followed him since way back in the Game Spot days and I'm at a loss for words here. Thoughts and condolences go out to his friends, family and loved ones for their grievous loss.

I recently tried to add a release listing for the collector's edition of the game Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory. The process worked as normal up until I hit the button to submit it. I received none of the Wiki's usual messages saying that the edits had gone through, the usual page refresh prompt or even the sign for the page loading. After waiting a while with nothing showing I figured that I had just misclicked and tried again, and none of the usual prompts appeared this time either. I then back out to the game's main page and see that my submission has apparently gone through thrice for the same edit, and I never once received any notifications that the edit had gone through or even been submitted in the first place.
I also noticed that it doesn't say on my profile's recent activity that either of the three edits have taken place, but the three edits still show up as approved on the game's wiki editing history.
If a wiki moderator could clean up the duplicates, that'd be really helpful too.

This is amazing news! Noel looks sooooo goooood. I will get this day one for sure.
But they broke the pattern! It was suppose to be a "CR" subtitle!
Gah! Now I'm all giddy! Finally the continuation of the BB story... and of course, MORE NOEL!
I feel the same way. Was a bit worried when the rumors surfaced earlier today about a new look and weapon for her, but I'm glad that they've done right by her.
Next Hatsune Miku Project Diva should be renamed to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F, unless I'm mistaken. All my searches for the prior led to the latter, and the latter is the only title I've seen for a game in that franchise developed and scheduled for a release on the PS Vita, and is also the only one I've seen listed at online retailers. So I'm guessing that the current page title was just created when the title was first announced and prior to being given its current name.
Umineko no Naku Koro ni should be renamed to Umineko no Naku Koro ni Episode 1: Legend of the Golden Witch. The current page title is the name of the franchise itself and not the actual game.
They're both entries for the same (and only) XBox 360 version of a PC fighter, released on the same date. Furthermore, the title for the latter page is wrong as "Ougon Musou kyouku", or variations on its spelling, is the name of the PC title (which has its Wiki page here on the site) and is not an alias for the 360 version, which has an "X" at the name of the title.
