Glad to see so many others calling out the bullying that went on in this episode. It was downright uncomfortable to listen to at points. Jeff seemed to be in that awkward place where you really want the ‘joke’ to stop, but saying so makes you look like you can’t take a joke so you just endure it and hope it goes away. It just... well, never did. I blame this on Vinny. He’s clearly the leader of the east crew, and usually very good at that role. His onboarding of Abby into the group was fantastic and during group streams he’s usually on his game to make sure everyone is engaged and having fun. But this episode was a total lack of leadership across the board. If he’d called it off, it would’ve stopped in a heartbeat. Dan follows because, well, that’s Dan. Abby seemed reluctant as it went on. And Alex at least had the decency to try and say something. But Vinny was having none of it. Really disappointing. I hope someone reads these comment sections and addresses this on the next Beastcast at the very least, and at the very best, a formal apology is issued. I am a premium subscriber. I intend to vote with my money if not.
