@hank_space: The problem with the ending, and the reason why so many people were upset, was because of the contrast between the ending and almost every other moment in that game. I mean

All were incredibly well written moments, and on par if not better than the writing of the previous two games. But then to conclude that with three possible endings that were far too similar, and all unsatisfying, reeks of a rushed job. Its the inconsistency that bothers people.

I figured to wait for when it got cheaper. After all, it is on Steam. And now Skyrim is only 18 hours away. Still gotta find some time to finish dead space 2 before game of the year discussions.

They are having a sale on steam for rage through thursday day. Was wondering whether worth the 40 bucks. I do have a large backlog though and skyrim is coming out in two days so I'm not sure whether it's worth it. Any advice.
