I wrote one sentence on The Conduit page and got 484 points.

Edit: it happened again on GTA: Chinatown Wars, I went from 300 something to 914 points for writing only a little bit, I think there is a major bug in point calculations.
This only just happened, in a previous game where I wrote some stuff a couple of minutes ago, Disaster Report 3, I didn't have any problems,  it just started happening recently.

I have the same problem, try using different browsers and see if that works, helped me fix my problem, doesn't seem to work with Firefox ever since the server upgrade happened.

It's a port of the PS2 game with added content (new characters and levels).

I'm pretty sure it was not inaccurate, maybe they should send you a PM or something telling you what exactly what was wrong with question. Otherwise, it could just be flagged from angry users who got it wrong or thought it was inaccurate.

What could be the possible reasons?

Depends what your motivation was for getting the achievement in the first place, for finishing the game 100% or for bragging rights. I think it's the latter, but in the end the it doesn't matter, the achievement system encourages this sort of behavior. It would have been a better achievement if you had gotten it without trying to get it, but no one follows those rules anyway, so whatever.

They should change the initial "S" in the original page to "Scott".
