Well, It all worked out to my advantage in the end :-).
The 360 was unrepairable so i was sent a brand new arcade machine (worth £140) which I received this morning. This evening i took it to the Game store and swapped it for a brand new 120GB Elite (which was £200). I already had a £45 gift card which I used so only needed to put a further £15 to upgrade to the Elite. Even better was that I got 2 free games with the Elite so traded them in and got a further £35. Result after all :-)
Although pre ordered the 360 version i played the PS3 demo tonight (as 360 still away getting fixed). Anyway, only played 1 game so far but definitely like what i played. No doubt the more i play, the enhancements over the 09 version will show through. Only 18 more days to wait here in the UK for release
Just bought this a couple of hours ago and have to say i'm really enjoying it. Not normally into this type of music but it certainly fits in well with the game. looks like £4.79 well spent.
Very disappointing result yesterday. After selling 2 of our better players 2 days earlier, it was always going to be a test which we failed. 2 defensive errors allowed Bristol to win the game. We really need a few more players in by the deadline on Tuesday

Well, decent batting performance from England middle order yet again. Well done Trott on his maiden test 100. 2 days of play left with Australia needing 446. It's going to be interesting to say the least.
Another good result for the Boro boys again. Performance was just ok but the most important thing was the win which was well deserved. That's 3 wins and a draw so far.
