All of that looks kinda poor...

Ryu as John Cena? C'mon, Capcom... I don't even want to start on Dee Jay.

Well, you can always use the two mediums. That's what I assume most 6-button players do. Most people just do manual Punchx3, Kickx3, Med.x2, etc. by using both (or all) of the necessary buttons if they rock 6-buttons, and I've seen people do that with a MadCatz as well.

But that's at a "high level of play", so if you're just in it to have fun, just switch out a move you find yourself using the least for a focus attack if you really want to.

So I was playing a random tournament as Balrog (should I call him Boxer here, or what?) and I was opted into the quarters because of no-shows, and then fought a really god Chun who I don't think knew the matchup all too well, and was snuffing his cross-ups and ultras. I moved on and fought a mediocre Gouken. I'm not saying I'm amazing with Balrog, but this guy was whiffing his ultra and I just kept anti-air'ing him with the headbutt, and evading fireballs with the headbutt or tap, and when I won (after he ragequit for throwing his denjin randomly), he sent me a message telling me "All you do is hop in the air...UR such a pussy".

On the other end, I got into a rough match with a really good Cody and just barely won with I think Bison (Dictator) and he wasn't too pissy about it.

@natetodamax: Crazy Train is not a hard song. Considering that it is more than likely the actual song just re-tabbed, you could just...y'know...

play the song.

The only time I ever taunt is with Dan.

Solely because Legendary Taunt is the true epitome of Ultra cancel-ability.  Anyways, fighting game braggarts annoy me to no end. Pro tip to anyone with any sort of anger problems/rage - don't play Ranked Matches for more than an hour.

@dr_pineapple: Yeah, I've noticed every single time. He's really unfunny, but I'd rather take a try hard who is actually informed to an extent over David's ridiculous laugh and sometimes bewildering sentences. I think they're about even; Brad for his obnoxious "intelligence" try-hard attitude, David for his straight-up lack of intelligent opinions and his over-laughing and yelling all the time.

@ch13696: I'm assuming because because a lot of the video game industry in North America is in Cali.

I'd love to "try out" for BeefyMedia, but I'm not even in college yet. So that counts me out.

@dr_pineapple:  I disagree with Brad a lot, and his sudden "knowledge" about old games he obviously never touched (thinking his apparent "knowledge" of Dungeon Siege not being beloved) makes me very angry, but the worst part of it all is that he is usually well informed. I say this a lot, but David is so much more annoying. David's japanophilia is really poor, his understanding/use of the English language is atrocious, and he comes off as more of a "guy who likes some games" than a "well informed and opinionated journalist".

Anyways, I'm liking 4PlayerPodcast less and less, but I'm sticking with it because Travis and Joseph still bring the good stuff to the table, and the CockTail Times are fantastic, despite the middling audio quality.

A big tie between Sakura's, Akuma's, Balrog's, and Dudley's.

Duds' theme is the sole song that makes me want to fucking dance. Akuma's and Sakura's are just very well composed, and Balorg's is pretty rad.
