Reminded me more of 28 Weeks Later. Fast zombies in the big city, father and child.

@Meowshi:

Worship:   reverence offered a divine being or supernatural power
Reverence:  honor or respect felt or shown

Could I feel honor or respect towards a being threatening me with eternal torture? I could and would try, obviously. But somewhere deep inside I would still feel that this being was a total bastard in every sense of the word. You would be scared, you would be desperate, but would you truly worship? No. It's like if a mind-reading stalker put a gun to my head and told me he would pull the trigger if I didn't say I love him and meant it.

The omnipotence of God is relevant to the highest degree. You say the only way for God to stop people being horrible is making choices for us. That doesn't make any sense. God could make us not horrible in the first place. If the creation of something omnipotent is horrible, that is the omnipotent being's fault. God created us horrible and meant for us to be horrible, or else a) we wouldn't be or b) God wouldn't be omnipotent. It's all in the word omnipotent, human imagination and logic is literally setting the limits here.

But we're really just arguing semantics here, so I'll finish with this: I think you're a bit of a knob.

No, I don't worship because I'm in the firm stance that God does not exist. I still wouldn't worship God if it were 100 per cent proven that he did exist, he's a massive bellend.
People who say this have always bothered me.  I know people like to come off as utter bad-asses on the internet, but the idea that you would refuse to worship a god whose existence was proven is pretty unbelievable.  Condemning yourself to an eternity of torment, over what, pride?    Yeah, whatever pal.  I'm sure you would have personally tried to assassinate Hitler if you were born in Nazi Germany, too.
What are you on about? Are you seriously suggesting that because I wouldn't have the urgent need to worship (think about this) a being who would be responsible for everything bad in the world ever to have happened (How many children are in danger of dying from lack of food in Somalia as we speak?) I would claim superiority over large parts of the German populace in 1930s Germany? Your analogy doesn't even work. Even if it did, would that be so far-fetched? I seem to remember Hitler getting quite a bit of stick in his time. Get a grip, mate.
I'm suggesting that you're full of shit.  Basically.    Also the idea that God is responsible for everything bad in the world seems highly debatable to me.
Well, I'm suggesting that you're full of shit! Hah! Your move. Did I win at being super cool and carefree now?

God is all-powerful, if he isn't he's not God. I wouldn't worship him either way.

So, do I have to be accepted into the normal league? Because I can't see myself there. Shame really, seeing as I would be number 1.

@SirSuperior: No I mean mainland Europe cultures are more alike than they are with the UKs.
Not to the degree that UK shouldn't be a part of Europe because of it. Norway is closer to UK than it is to Italy, for instance.

@NTM: It's ok to drink once you legally can. I don't have any real intention of beginning at 18, but if someone waits till they're 18 and then decides to drink in moderation at 18(but not before) thats ok then.  Just wanted to clarify that... Please keep the suggestions coming.
Grow your own morals. Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's OK and just because something is illegal doesn't mean it's not OK.
