The only thing I can think of is make sure you are running the game in Fullscreen (rather than borderless fullscreen) and make sure your render resolution is 100 and not something over that.

edit: 1 I am running this game with a gtx 1070 - so I am not using dlss. But are you using DLSS? I think you should probably try that if you have ray tracing shadows on.

edit 2: if you have a ryzen cpu, you could try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muSXmzm783s

I don't have a ryzen cpu so I can't confirm if it works or not.

Hi there, I got a premium membership during the pax sale. I've watched a few of the premium videos and noticed that they chat with members. How is this done? Through twitch.tv or something? I've never figured out how to watch these things live.

I didn't buy a lot of 2012 releases. However, of those that I did play I have to say Diablo III is probably my favourite. Why? It is an action rpg that is not in beta, and I played it for about 175 hours and counting. I guess by default it is my favourite.

As for disappointments (hate is too strong): Guild Wars 2 and Torchlight II. For Guild Wars 2 it is simply an aesthetic thing. I really don't like how the game "looks." I can't really explain it. Too much neon...or something. Also, Torchlight II's combat is just so underwhelming. Someone here referred to it as "unsatisfying." I understand what that means. I never quite felt I was hitting anything when in combat.

edit: Holy crap. I completely forgot about Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Finished it in about 30 hours or so. Haven't played it since. But I had a great time.

Not sure where to post this, but I just wanted to say that I love the site's latest design. I don't think it was a huge change, and I'm not sure I could even explain what has changed. I think it was the colour scheme - less black and more grey. However, that little tweak has made the website a lot easier for me to read. Also, browsing games is much easier lately. Again, I can't really explain what changed - but I like it.

I always wanted a reason to come here, but the design was holding me back. Now I'm sure I'll be reading the site a lot more. There certainly is less bull, and the quick looks are great.

So thanks Giantbomb!
