People like that one from what I can tell, they just don't like the regular edition case

The detail on it is rediculous. As a big Mass Effect fan, I was already going to buy it, but this box art is just icing on the cake. I'm happy that the eye-sore that is Mass Effect 2's standard box art will not be in my gaming collection.

I don't really care about box art because I never look at my game cases. I take the game out and put the case on my shelf and only get it out to take out a game or put one away. The fact that people are upset about box art blows my mind. It doesn't affect the game or your enjoyment of the game in anyways so why all the fuss?

Eh, I like this better than Generic Shepard on the cover.

I think the new box art is pretty boring. I really liked the original one they revealed with the hot babe. I'm kind of disappointed they've changed it.

Yeah I'm not all that into Mass Effect I've got the first, but it wasn't for me, but I'm considering getting this one based on how awesome that case looks, and how awesome the armour looks.

I know a friend who's really into art and just finds every single flaw he can find in a art. Don't let it consume you whole! =O  Hey a cartoonist still works; depends on the style though. I did the same exact thing with MW2; I upgraded mine to hardened edition for its slick metallic box. Of course I had other reasons other than avoiding the regular cover (which by all means is fine; but a bit plain).  And yes I don't like the cover art for the game. But what I've learned is that I never look at cover arts after I put in my disc in, play and enjoy it. "
