I rarely (if ever) buy any games new, so it doesn't really bug me too much.  I think the newest games that I have are Viva Pinata 2, Gears of War 1, Fable II, Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, and Street Fighter 4 (which I only got because it's $20).
