  • Way of the Warrior, despite being covered on Giant Bomb before (and discussed on the site not 24 hours ago, as of this post), needs to be gone over with a fine-tooth comb. What's the lore? Why is Jake so shaky? Kull the Despoiler?
  • I feel like some variety of King of Fighters would be cool to see, and while SvC Chaos already made an appearance it'd be interesting to see SNK at their best in one of the dream match titles or something.
  • Garou: Mark of the Wolves just came out on PS4 so the SEO's pretty high for this nowadays, and I'd love to just get the fan darling games over with. Rock Howard is a nothing boy.
  • For fun, why not Street Fighter 4? See how the last iteration holds up, if at all. Extra points: rate every version of SF4. Not that they (or anybody in their right mind) would, but it would be more scientific.
  • Marvel Super Heroes was dope as hell. We can't sleep on that.

A monster from Monster Hunter. Not a hunter. A monster. Yian Kut-Ku is probably small enough, could play like Riptor from KI almost.

@cyberbloke: I also begrudgingly like Knack and I really couldn't tell you why. Nothing about it really works but I think it's because I saw promise in it.

Looked up Eugene Jarvis as the trailer started because the name sounded a little familiar to me--turns out it's the Smash TV guy and it shows, in a really good way. This looks neat, and teaming up with the Resogun folks seems like a great pairing.

Killer Instinct 3 or Bloodborne for me. I revisit the former far more often than the latter but Bloodborne was an amazing trip. Got the Platinum, too!

As somebody who plays a lot of The iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage (and say what you will), I got a lot of eerie, eerie deja vu reading this. It's exactly the same feelings, too, with the particularly insidious addition of limited gachas.

Let's say, for example, that I really love Minami Nitta. She's a great girl, top percentage, hell of a performer. Now let's say that her only super great card that has insanely good stats is only available through the gacha. Par for the course so far, yes. The problem is this: she's only in it for a WEEK. And then she's gone. Forever. (Not technically forever, mind, they do those bullshit reissues that last like three days at the end of the month, but still.) You get the itch. I'll never see her again. She's never coming back. She's so strong. And you plunk in five dollars for enough Star Gems (because they're always gems) to have at least ONE shot every day for the length of the gacha but it NEVER happens except oh your FRIENDS get the SSRs and WHO AT BANDAI-NAMCO DO I HAVE TO BLOW TO GET MY UNLIMITED ANIME

Great blog!

I tended to go Flash Man first for some reason when I was younger, but I'd honestly go for any of them first if you can buster duel them. Quick Man would be a hard sell for first, though.
