Not much going on around here.  Loving my new car.  Playing TF2 a lot and finally got the Pyro taunt-kill achievement on an Engie who was setting up a sentry.  Band has been going good too, but our other guitarist is moving to NY for four months for an internship, so we'll have to figure something out there.

Tried playing some more Fire Emblem for the Wii, and it is brutally unforgiving.  I spent at least an hour on this level - and I'm not that far into the game - and I keep letting the mages get exposed and killed in one hit.  One hit kills are so cheap in any RPG.  Let me qualify that statement a little more... one hit kills, which are from normal attack hits (not crit, or "chance to instantly kill" spells), which make you automatically lose the game or level, are cheap.  This is exactly what's happening to me.  And I have little choice of what to do.  I must either fail the level and never play the game again... or not even use these characters.  And this will be perpetuated since I won't be able to level them up, since they aren't in use.  This wasn't my fault either... they aren't lvl 1 guys.  I always level my guys evenly in a strategy RPG.  Anyways, rant over.

Oh yeah, been playing Rock Band 2.  Downloaded a few more songs for it.  I put about $5 a month into new songs.  Still a fun game.
