And now I present to you, the viewer, what's left of the "lost footage" of this week's Race Night.
Giant Bomb Race Night: Touring Cars?!? (Or: The RROD Edition)
Touring cars? Maybe not all, but at least some of them could be touring cars. In our search for a competitive race series, we try out all manner of different cars to see what works (SUVs?), what doesn't (me turning off braking line) and how many times Laz PsEG can beat me to the finish line.
Well. This is a bit unfortunate, but I was playing Forza today and my console suddenly locked up. I turned it off and now it has the RROD when I turn it on.
Edit: I thought I was past the warranty period, but according to the Xbox support site, I was still good and they're sending me a shipping label. So I will get free repairs, but I do have to wait 3-4 weeks or whatever.
I played and restarted the game about 3 times before I ever got any endings, because I kept stupidly trying to melee Jed, and also wasted too much time looking for the survivors with the handlebars because I forgot talk to Bob. Then I finally went through a fresh playthrough, saved all the survivors, bought another Zombrex, fixed the bike, got the sniper rifle and orange juice, killed Jed, and rode to safety with Katey. And then went back for achievements, lol.
oh man, I have to buy this. Strong Bad alone is worth the admission price. I always wanted to try a poker video game, but needed an excuse. This is my excuse.
@sear: dude, ME2 was like 30 hours long. how you can say that game wasn't worth the 60 bucks is baffling to me. the extra content is completely optional anyway, but I still think it mostly delivers a good value.
I have an idea to go with the Fusions. I dunno how many cars this would apply to, but just make it "take any AWD car, make it RWD and B-class" since that's what we did with the Fusion. Dunno.
