Pros: The verses are alight in regards to concepts and floe (for the most part), beat selection is good given the circumstances of a 1st song (not too complicated but still has some depth in it), good use of maintaining a coherent story without resorting to lackluster rhyming patters or word selection.
Cons: Obviously the sound levels are very off, there are various times where your voice is drowned out by the beat or you sound like you run out of breath to continue clear enunciating, the end break is pretty lackluster, the hook is....ok...maybe....it seems like you could tighten it up some.
Overall, it was cool. By no means would I say call up Stone's Throw or Def Jux but it is something you can take some pride in. At least in my opinion.
Watching two, i assume homeless, guys have sex outside in broad daylight, visible to just about anyone, from the 6th floor of my dorm room. In Chicago. In a medical district. And having one of my friends yelling "Do him harder!" and getting the man who was....behind.....to give a Breakfast Club style arm raise while continuing to bone. And without them ever getting caught before they had there fill and walked off.
Saw this [starts at 25:40] , went to Wikipedia to find out more about Deadly Premonition, found someone said Giant Bomb was currently doing an "endurance run" of the game, saw a Jeff and Vinny clip, loved it ever since.
The best part is that he made a pillow for himself out of toilet paper. That is the work of a man who is dedicated to be as comfortable as possible while soaking in urine. I can only help but picturing him lying there just relaxing and eating a sandwich thinking "This is the life."
