It's really rare for me.  I'm going to definitely pre-order QotSA's reissue of their debut when I get some money.

Zero hours.  I've never been on an airplane.
 
Coincidentally, I'm also deathly afraid of heights.  Not sure if the two are connected somehow.

For the whole good/bad roommate, you can always get a new one, that's what I did with my first roommate (though it was actually out of my control)  My second roommate and I have been cool for a couple of years now.

I don't send invites or anything to them, but if they want to add me as a friend, I'll accept.  That's about it.

Really good read and I agree with pretty much all of these.  Also, it sucks when a game has glitched achievements and a patch is never released to fix them.

Not really sick in the cough/puke sense, but I do have quite a few killer headaches pretty often, so no I'm not often sick.

It just depends.  Most of the time they're fine, quite comfortable.  But when I really get into something, I tend to not pay attention to whether there's armrests or not, so I put the "I don't really care" option even though that's not quite true.
