@Suicrat: I'm not trying to bash their system, I'm just saying it doesn't seem to be very accurate, or consistent. I mean Côte d'Ivorie went from rank 38 to 18 in just one month after defeating Burkina Faso and Guinea both by a single-goal margin. Also, Brazil gained 3 ranks and is now ranked as 1 after winning the Confederations Cup, which is a unnecessary cup with nothing on the line, in a less than convincing manner. Look at the match against South Africa for example, the were playing even with a country that's ranked 70 and won by a goal from a free kick 3 minutes before fulltime. (Great free kick though, but Mphela's in the bronze match, that one was surreal)
@Suicrat: Why take every match they've ever played in to consideration? We're talking today, not of all time. (Brazil would probably rank as no. 1 historically) I'm not dispution the US rank on the list as much as others like England, Russia, Greece and Portugal. What's their ranking system based on anyway? Performance? Win/loss record? Talent? Teamplay? One thing I can say for sure though is that the US has one of the most diciplined team out there and probably the most athletic, but they lack in kreativity and skill, which, historically, has shown to be the keys to success.
Cidade de Homens (CIty of Men), Band of Brothers, The West Wing and The Sopranos. I enjoy less serious TV aswell (Entourage, Caifornication etc.) but I wouldn't concider them any of my favourite.
" Football I'm guessing? Too bad neither Mexico nor the US has a team worth talking about. Uzbekistan however, now theres some skilled motherfuckers. "
Yeah, they're noteworthy. I hear their new manager, Borat, is doing wonders with the team.
Yeah the background picture is pretty good, but I had to enlarge it to fit the rest of the "cover" so the quality isn't what's supposed to be. Made another one mock up...
