I'd like to see Starbreeze make a Die Hard game. Hell, remake the first movie. They don't need to make it a shooter per se; no shooting 20 guys on every level. Instead have it more stealth focused, slowly prey on the terrorists using your small amount of resources. Only ever have 1-4 terrorists roaming the maps at once.

Rocksteady making a Dick Tracy game could be rad. They made Urban Chaos, a pretty underrated FPS game about a riot squad in a gritty urban setting. They've made Arkham, and Arkham City had a really cool comic-like art design for the city itself. Use a similar detective system to Arkham, use a less athletic brawling system, and then throw in gunfights (maybe even zoom into first person for that?)

LA Noire was cool, but ehhh it's hard to explain how it wasn't really a mystery without flat out spoiling the whole game.

At least in reference to the Black Dahlia/Homicide desk

The atmosphere was fantastic, the motion capture is still pretty good, and investigating crime scenes is still a blast. The setting and set pieces are also really good and thrusting you into the world. The interrogations were what stopped me from finishing it the month it came out. I think it took 6 months for me to beat it because it took me too long to grasp Doubt and Lie, even though in hindsight it is so simple. The fact the game plays a musical cue to let you know you totally FUCKED UP the choice would piss me off and I would not pay attention to whatever was happening because I was so fixated on getting it wrong. I ended up just taking out a guide and coming up with my own answer and then looking at the guide to see if I was right or not and then just choose the right answer. I also thought a lot of the character models looked too similar, since faces would lack crisp textures and kind of blend into another. I suck I know.

A Guardians of the Galaxy 5-player coop game that isn't some mobile or download only trash. I don't care who makes it, as long as the game is good.

I'd like to see Starbreeze construct another Riddick story and Machinegames to create the gameplay. Yes, I intentionally mentioned both of them.

I had preloaded the game on Xbox1, so when I saw this news I call customer support and cancelled the purchase. There was no issue at all. Now I'll buy it day one on 360 and get both versions! Has anyone seen a deal like this before?

I mean there's some cross buy stuff with PS3 to Vita to PS4, none of it was 60 dollars as far as I know

Specifically Giantbomb/Internet content, or do you have Netflix or anything similar?

I will typically throw in something like The Avengers or Dredd and let them play out while I focus on something else, then look back once I hear those action scenes start up. I also put on a TV series I've already seen and let it be background filler

You could also put on some Lets Plays of games, just judge from the first 2 minutes if you find the personality annoying or not.

This is going to be great for my friend who doesn't have a PS4 yet. Told him about it already and he said he's waiting for the PC release that is suppose to come out in a couple months. Yes really.

God... DAMNIT

And Dan's use of "fuck you" was a little boring to listen to, yeah. Not offensive, of course; just a little boring... plus it kinda covers up others' conversations.

Dam you for caring about spelling

Also, I'm poking fun at the things I've noticed Dan says a lot. I genuinely like the guy and could care less about the cursing.

Come on OP, if you want us to talk about the commercial at least provide the video in question.

Loading Video...

This is the first time I've seen it is right after fetching the video - as someone who doesn't have anymore interest in Destiny, I still think the ad was pretty cool, except for the people talking. Would've been a lot better and atmospheric if they instead never said a word and used body language to communicate.

I think what Microsoft is trying to do is really petty and bad, especially considering they have a partnership with the exact same publisher to have exclusive timed rights for CoD DLC. Not to mention the Tomb Raider thing. Microsoft Destiny ad

I never liked the shooting in Fallout 3. Once I started to actually use VATS and get the perks that helped with VATS, I enjoyed the game much more.

When Borderlands first came out I called it a better shooting Fallout. Little did I know after that first couple of hours I would start to hate the bullet sponge enemies in it. I mean, you can't get a one hit headshot in Fallout either, but typically enemies went down much quicker.

And then you get the weird ass weapons in Borderlands that throw off your accuracy or shoot spread or something, and then oh god the shooting feels horrible.
