Has been a pretty mediocre year, but with some real highlights like #TeamBrad, Random PC-Games, Drew flying crazy planes etc. But as a subscriber I feel a bit disappointed in the lack of premium content. But I'll cut them some slack, hoping they will deliver a lot better next year. 4 stars.

Damn, a lot of users here are real assholes.

Anyways, for some people it's hard to use a moral filter for everything that jumps out of their mouth. Being offended of what others say is something that the offender needs to be informed of. Like, hey, it hurts me when you say things like that. I'm not saying that all responsibility lies on the "victim" here, but I think it will help a lot if they speak up. Most people are good, and hurting others are not something they will be proud of, so they will try to do better. I think communication will solve a lot of problems.

I know a lot of people don't agree on Faith from Mirrors Edge being a great character, but for me she was superb. I especially love the scene with her sister, the first-person-hug, the sibling relationship felt mature. She's a strong female protagonist, without excessive chest etc. Sure, she's not a very fleshed out character, but then again the writing on the whole was not superb either. But at least she's not some stupid birdhouse.

And about Dead and Alive, I mean, the Japanese culture needs to grow up in a lot of aspects.

Been maintaining a handsome stubble. Keeping the neck and the cheeks smooth. Sometimes I go full beard, but ladies like it more this way, and it doesn't itch.

Well, I don't consider myself a follower of religion, but the philosophical principles of Taoism are really appealing to me.

Hard to make a choice, it depends on the mood. But this soothing score from The Last Samurai is probably one of my favorites, courtesy of Hans Zimmer. When it starts climbing to the climax at the end, goosebumps.

Hard choice, it's pretty much split between generations. I love the Xbox 360 controller, but the Sega Megadrive gamepad is also great. Before these, I have some really fond memories of playing on the Amiga with The Bug Joystick.

  • US' debt will double by the end of his 2nd term.

If Obama and the congress can't agree on a healthy long term plan to fix the debt it will mean hell both for U.S. as well as the world economy. But I guess the solution, like always will be, raising the roof on debt and printing more money. Sooner or later it must be dealt with. Better to accept going through tough times now, building a steady economic foundation, instead of digging a black hole into some nightmarish dimension.

Anyways, gotta love this reaction on the election. Geez, calm down woman.
