I would recommend these for anyone new to gaming, not merely women:

  • Rayman Origins
  • Dreamfall: The Longest Joruney
  • Beyond Good & Evil
  • Portal (1 & 2)
  • Bastion
  • Fable (II & III)
  • The Gunstringer
  • The Maw
  • Prince of Persia (2008)

I think everyone of the Bombcast crew is a little pretentious (if you want to call it that) and an expert is come odd realm of gaming. Vinny = flight sticks and East Europe. Jeff = gaming history and arcades. Ryan = you know, stuff. Brad = hard games. Patrick = Japanese and the indie scene.

The thing with radio, TV and web personalities is that you have to remember that their views are not your own and you must find where they land on you barometer so that you can judge what they say compared to what you think. This is one of the things I love about GiantBomb, they don't hide their opinions. There's not a whole lot of "You might like this if you like this but I didn't like it." No, they just say, "Hey, I didn't like this, here's why." And I value that.

I've never abandon my love for the Mako.
The Hammerhead? That thing should rot in a grave somewhere.

Tali and Garrus. That was the most surprising and the best part of the game. Also, Emergency Induction Port.

That and saying goodbye to Garrus and Ashley.
Shepard and Vakarian storming heaven!

I know there's bound to be someone on here that knows of this game. I don't know it's name but I know it's not Narbacular Drop.
The game I'm thinking of allows you to solve puzzles by taking a picture of reality. I remember a video some time ago where boxes were falling and the player took a picture of them. The boxes hit the ground but the player was then able to paste a copy of the picture he had taken and identical boxes came flying through this "picture portal."
Anyone know what I'm talking about?
