It has to do with the quality that would be demanded on the other consoles. "And that's kinda my point. The majority of games on the Wii don't have high production values. And the ones that do are either first-party Nintendo games (which will never come to other consoles) or high-profile third party games that are designed specifically for the Wii. Since this is not a budge Tales game but a flagship title, it would go to logic that this game would be at a similar quality level to previous flagship titles such as Abyss or Vesperia. But I suppose we'll have to wait and see when it comes out. But in reality whether or not a publisher releases a game on other platforms, regardless of whether the original IP is for the Wii or not, depends on profitability. If the publisher believes that the game will be profitable on other consoles, it will release the game on other consoles.
