Been busy with work, Reach, and now NBA 2K11.

Sometimes when I get a great idea I just start running with it. I've spent the last hour or so streaming ideas into a Word doc about a game I'd love to see made someday. I'm not planning on revealing much about it here until things are more fleshed out, but it's a pretty ambitious idea that pays homage to the classic games of yesteryear in a startling way. 
 
Back in the day on Gamespot's message boards we used to do a fun contest called Developer For a Day, where those interested would come up with a design document for a game and submit it to be judged for a prize. Those contests spurred me to come up with some cool ideas back then, and I think it would be fun to see something like that materialize here someday.
 
Anybody else ever feel a sudden urge to be creative, particularly when it comes to ideas for games? 

I'll have to think on it.
