Okay, I am going to play through all of FFVII. I have attempted to play through it two times already and this will be my third attempt. I tried once when I was 9 and I didn't really understand the game enough and eventually got lost after the whole world opened up for exploration and didn't have as much direction. I didn't know what to do! It kind of reminds me how I couldn't figure out how to beat Ocarina of Time but a couple years later I found it be super easy. My second attempt was using a *cough*emulator*cough* which was pretty cool but I reformatted my computer without thinking (I reformat every 6 months or so) and lost my save file... I was so mad. I guess that is what I get though.
 
I was browsing through the Playstation Store on my PS3 and noticed that FFVII was only $9.99. I decided it was worth it and have put almost 3 hours into it. I'm kind of speed running through the first section because I already know what happens and it is a little boring. The story means a lot more to me this time because I am older and can understand it better. It makes me wonder if I should go back and play other old games that I finished when I was a little guy. They probably would mean more to me...  
 
I'm going to be updating my blog with tidbits of my journey. I'm hoping to beat it in a month? Or two? Knowing me, it'll probably take a year.
  
Has anyone actually finished FFVII? Does it have a great ending? No spoilers. I just want a reason to keep going until the end. :)
