"As they said, points are not taken away from other users. However, this does not give you permission to completely erase articles. If you want to replace their article with something that is significantly better, than that is fine.
Merging your article with their article is also a good thing to do. "
So if points aren't taken away, does that mean someone with over 1000 points could abuse the system by writing a really big page of complete gobbledygook, get a tonne of points and then delete it a minute after and keep the points?"
EDIT: Misread what you said. I suppose that could happen.
Right now, I'm not getting points for a few seemingly random things. It lists it in my Wiki Points section, but in my profile it doesn't add to the amount. Is anyone else experiencing this?
"Yep, I got mine by making articles for very unpopular games. Check em out if you like, home improvement, barbie, tee off, and sabrina the teenage witch, there's more, but whateva
Note, At least this 1000+ member will not whore the pages. "
I don't do unpopular games; just old ones, since I enjoy classic gaming so much. :D
"This link: http://www.giantbomb.com/metroid/61-1140/ goes to an error. It may have gotten deleted. The second, "bad," one is pretty simple. Hopefully someone can get some images in the one thats currently up, get some more detail into there. "
It appears to have been deleted. That's too bad, it had more information and screenshots than the other one.
