The video flashes black and white, but only if I click on the play button before the whole page finishes loading. If I wait a few seconds to make sure the whole page is loaded the things plays like gangbusters.

• Adblock enabled, Flashblock disabled, IE Tab enabled but not used to render the Giantbomb page
• I am behind a firewall that blocks a few ports. My company also has a websense install, but I have that turned off for the most part on my system. I can access facebook.
