I get why they had to remove it, but the archived version just isn't as interesting without the part where Jeff beat a man to death with a can of Surge.

I really think the Department of New Business is gonna have a lot of sway on this one. Both Jeff and Vinny have been very keen on amplifying the voices of their younger colleagues, and nobody wants to sound like the old man yelling at the kids to get off his lawn.

1. Cuphead

2. Super Mario Odyssey

3. Breath of the Wild

4. Nier Automata

5. Wolfenstein 2

6. Horizon

7. Dream Daddy

8. Nioh

9. Night in the Woods

10. Destiny 2

Just knock back some brewskis and have a good time. Use the bonding experience of video games as a base on which to build fulfilling, reciprocal friendship with peers you respect. Then use the positive image of self and increased energy levels that come with a reliable social support network to focus on doing good in the world. That's my advice.

Nothing horsepup about it; there's no random element to it, both players have access to one, and it will be equally beneficial to both players each game on average.

Learn high-damage combos to devalue the life your opponent gains from a clash.

Learn to score unclashable damage such as short combos into projectiles, or throws.

Manage your meter so that you can either beat your opponent's clash or mitigate their health regen.

I know people hate the expression, but the honest and true solution to your problems with the clash system is: get good.

I can't believe this poll is missing Diddy Kong Racing.

The real answer is that I'm most interested in new takes on Mario, which means Odyssey has me well intrigued. Between these two, I'd have to go with Galaxy 3. Just seems like there's more opportunity to vary the setting and power set, though of course inventive design could make either of these sequels fresh and exciting; I just don't have a lot of faith that Nintendo would make Sunshine 2 fresh and exciting.

My favorite "interaction" with Ryan was early in the morning Christmas day, the year before he passed, on the Twitter - which I can't link to because his account got deleted :(

taswell: Hey all. Merry Christmas.

me: YOU'RE A CHRISTMAS!

taswell: YOU ARE!!!

....it was so very Ryan. Made my Christmas that year.

This is great. Reminds me of the time I sent an email to the bombcast whose entire content was the word "Sup?" He promptly responded with "N'much. You?" Just a guy who never passed up an opportunity, no matter how small, to spread goofy delight. Most people have to choose between dispensing joy in broad strokes (like an actor starring in a comedy) or targeted strikes (the way we all know folks who can always make us smile in our personal lives). Ryan was the rare person who could pull off both, a picture of joy who could grow to any size without losing a pixel of resolution.

Really fantastic map. It's beautiful for one thing, and its layout is restricted enough to offer a progression of access while still seeming open enough to prevent dead-ending yourself.

In case anyone's wondering, here are the indisputable, objectively correct Hitman Season 1 level rankings:

1. Sapienza

2. Hokkaido

3. Paris

4. Bangkok

5. Marrakesh

6. Colorado
