Yup, just logged in and it was fixed.

Just rented this (older version) via Blockbuster. Should be arriving today or tomorrow in the mail.

I have 4 S-Rank games on Xbox live (and just got another last night) and none are showing up on the All Achievements page and none are counted toward the S-Rank quests for me.
