Very little if any at all. I use games to relax and escape from daily life. Literally the last thing I want from a game is it trying to shove it's morals or socio-political views down my throat. I get enough of that shit in real life as it is, so I definitely don't need or want it from my games too.

A CPU upgrade to either the newest Intel generation or an AMD Ryzen 2xxx would be a significant jump in performance, somewhere around 20-30% from benchmarks I've seen recently. Time to build a new rig!

I wouldn't go 4k yet because as of now we really don't have to hardware yet to run 4k at 60fps without spending $1k on a graphics card, plus I don't think there is that much difference between 4k and 1440p with good anti aliasing in most games, and you can always up sample 1440p to 4k through Geforce Experience settings. I'd personally go for a high refresh rate 1440p monitor over a larger 4k monitor. Higher refresh rates are something you can see and feel in game as where 4k resolution just looks a little sharper.

As for HDR, its awesome but really only works well with displays that reach around 2,000 nits for truly great HDR. Finding a monitor like that is going to be tough. On top of that there are a lot of competing HDR standards right now so even if your monitor IS HDR, what kind? Is it "real" HDR or just the manufacturer calling wide color gamut HDR? These are still problems with high-end TVs, much less monitors where HDR is non existent. We're probably not going to see a lot of that for another few years. As it is, most HDR monitors out there are just scaled down TV panels.

I'd suggest one of those lasko tower fans. They're not super expensive and throw out a lot of air, easily enough to cool a small bedroom or office. Another thing to look into is insulated black out curtains, they will keep the sun and heat out to hopefully keep things cool. If all else fails, a window AC unit, but those are expensive, noisy, and are hell on your electric bill.

Get a GTX1660 and overclock it. You can get close to 1660ti speeds, and is some games rivaling a RTX2060. For 1080p the 1660/1660ti are the cards to beat right now.

Don't do side missions until you are around level 20. Each side mission is roughly 1/3rd of your needed xp to level up so you are kind of wasting xp early on. Wait until later on when you need a lot of xp to level up and then just do side missions to progress quickly without having to do an end game grind.

If things get to the point where I want to throw my PC/console into the street and run it over because I'm so frustrated, I'll look something up, but I only do that if I have no other option. I'm one of those people who feel personally defeated and dumb if I can't solve something in a reasonable amount of time, like I'll literally lose sleep over it.
