I've only played Leon's campaign and that was pretty recently. Honestly I'm not sure if I played the majority of it pre or post patch, but based solely on Leon's campaign I don't really understand the hatred. It's not my favorite RE game, but I had a lot of fun with it, and damn that final boss sequence was enjoyable.

I've heard that Chris' campaign is much worse. I guess I'll find out shortly.

@Funzzo: Because it's out of stock on Amazon, you're seeing prices from one of their fulfillment partners.

I went ahead and picked one up. Arrived a few days ago. I'm pretty damn pleased with the thing. Handheld screen is decent, controls are great, and I love using the docking station and HDMI to play with a very authentic feeling joystick on my TV. There are a lot of shortcomings like no game saves (can't see myself making it to the end of Magician Lord without them), no high score saves, etc, but I have a feeling there will be ways to fix that pretty quickly.

For me digital is more about not having to carry game cards around with me. It's hard to spend $36 on a digital copy when the copy from Amazon is only $30, but the "always have it with me" factor is enough for me to justify the extra $.

My salary is a little under $70k, which isn't a boat load, but I'm able to live very comfortably, buy pretty much anything I want, and still stash away a decent chunk of my paychecks. However, if I had a huge mortgage, car loan, and 2.5 kids, I'd probably be living paycheck to paycheck and barely scraping by.

Not to mention all those medical expenses to keep that half a kid alive. Life support's a bitch.

I'm having this same problem. I can stream any of the videos on there in HD, but I can't see any of the actual subscriber videos. Everything in the subscriber section is listed as one of the free happy hours.

Have you ever tried to listen to Leo Laporte's Tech Guy radio show on the weekends? People continuously come in with the most asinine questions that could have been answered far more quickly if they'd typed the very same words into Google, but he rarely treats them like they are complete morons. Why not? Because that show caters to that type of uninformed audience.

I for one am very glad that Giant Bomb does not cater itself to such a group. The snark is all part of the fun for me.

That is a huge bummer. That had become my favorite thing on the site. It was nice to see something from each of the sites in a package once a week.

I am enjoying the influx of subscriber only content though.

Really that weekly train wreck was your favorite thing? The guys themselves even said it was huge waste of everyone's((including the viewer's)) time.

Oh, did they? Nevermind, it wasn't my favorite thing then.

@yakov456: Yeah, there is a shocking amount of schlong.  Just when you think they are going to block it out they swipe the block to the side and leave Pontius fully exposed.

Jackass 3D has reminded me of the Jackass game that came out on PSP and DS.  In no way is it a great game, but I enjoyed it quite a bit.  I'd love to give it another go but  I sold my copy some time ago.  Off to the PSN store on the off chance I can download it to my PSP Go.
